80″ (203cm) High-Density Polythene Film 15 Micron 

Suitable for Gerber systems

Single wound (with no centre fold). High-density polythene has a greater yield (meterage) per kg than low density. All width rolls weigh approximately 30kg.

The polythene seals the vacuum within the lay in order to stabilise the fabric for accurate cutting whilst the Perforated Underlay allows the vacuum to be drawn through the fabric and stops the fabric and any dust or lint from being drawn into the bristle bed. It also provides a medium for the lay to be moved from spreading to cutting tables.

Containing 30% or more recycled plastic, our vacuum film is the ideal product for use on your vacuum CNC cutting machines, both ethically and structurally.

The choice between the 15mu and 25mu solely depends on the strength of your vacuum, type of machine and weight of fabrics.
